About this Map
Cumberland, BC has had a long history with mountain biking, from its pioneer days to what it's grown into today. When Vanilla first opened up it was the talk of Cumberland Village, and for good reason. Beautifully sculpted trail and incredible flow. It has inspired a full top to bottom run now years after its opening and continues to be a local favorite.
About our Maps
These maps are designed by hand in house, they are artistic representatives of local trails and topography. Each map is laser engraved on a unique old growth cedar board, colors and grain vary piece to piece. The first 50 of our map designs are a numbered founder’s edition, meaning you helped us establish this map. Each map is sanded and finished in an orange oil and beeswax finish for maximum color and aroma. Our cedar is kiln dried but wood is a natural product and can shrink or expand over time, change its color even. Care for your maps is easy, dust occasionally and if they ever lose their shine contact us and we can suggest an easy wipe on product to bring them back to life.
The maps are laser engraved on a 19 mm (3/4") thick panel of local cedar and framed with a 19mm (3/4") thick cedar. A hanger slot is routed into the back for easy hanging.
