SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Many of our products are custom or made-to-order, so please allow additional time during busy periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are typically 3–7 business days, depending on your province.

International Shipping (United States) We ship to the United States via Canada Post. Rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are typically 7–14 business days. Please note that US orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package through Canada Post's tracking system at canadapost.ca.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items Most of the items in our store are made to order. These may have longer processing times, which will be noted on the product page. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
